definitely not the stay I expected. noisy neighbors, can hear everything—absoluteley ridiculous! only one key offered, which was merely an inconvenience. as a valued guest, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome drink. almost gave it a high rating, but just couldn’t, really disappointingly average experience.
